Who we are

The Site is run by WhyWorks™ Studio. We are responsible for the information described here. Contact us at support@whyworks.studio.

Information we collect

We don’t ask you for any personal information. The Site has no accounts, sign-up forms, comments, analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and we don’t set any cookies of our own.

Some technical information is processed automatically when your browser loads the Site:

• Hosting and security. The Site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes standard request data such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to tell people from bots. We don’t receive or keep these server logs. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Fonts. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when it requests them. See Google’s privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

How we use it

Only to deliver the Site, keep it secure and running, and fix problems. We don’t use it to identify you, build profiles, or for advertising. Where the law requires a legal basis, ours is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. The service providers named above process technical information on our behalf or under their own policies. We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We don’t keep any information from visits to the Site. Cloudflare and Google keep request data for limited periods under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct or delete it, or to object to how we use it. Because we don’t collect information that identifies you, we usually won’t hold any. To make a request, email support@whyworks.studio. We won’t treat you differently for making one. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age), and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information.

International visitors

Our providers may process technical information in countries other than yours, including the United States. Where required, they use recognised safeguards for these transfers.

Links to other sites

The Site links to other websites, such as WhyWorks Studio and unDraw. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Security

The Site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but because we don’t collect personal information through the Site, there is little to expose.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update it here and change the effective date. When the Tripable app launches, or if the Site starts collecting information (for example, an email sign-up), we’ll update this policy before that happens.
